The charismatic scion of the R’Taben family, rulers of the R’Taben city-state. As the Witch & Warlock Brigade’s Supreme General, he is responsible for the coordinated efforts of the Brigade’s three units. His authority in the city-state (and as such, the world) is second only to his father, Neander R’Taben, the Omnis Iudex.
